Complete this form with the help of your family.  You will learn how much the US Government will give you in free money!  This form should be completed by US Citizens or Permanent Residents only!  If you have questions regarding the form visit us in Room 113.

Instructions:
1. Create an account by using the first link (Have your parents use this link too - they must also make an account).
2. Apply by logging into the second link.

Special Note: If your parents are undocumented they will be unable to make an account - FSA ID.  You will be able to submit your FAFSA but they must mail a signature page.  See me in room 113 if you need help with that)
