Directions for student Surveys:

Please administer the appropriate survey per grade level. You are also welcome to use the Get to Know You graphic organizers for your advisory or classes. Upon completion of the surveys for the entire school, we will provide you access to the data in case you need to determine more information on a student you share with a colleague.
