Mr. Woods is an Education Specialist at Huntington Park Senior High School, where he has been teaching for five years. He supports students using the Alternate Curriculum and currently focuses on the subject of Social Studies. He also teaches the Clerical Service elective for the 2023-2024 school year. It is Mr. Woods' goal to see that students have as much access and be included in all aspects of campus life as possible. To that end, Mr. Woods is also one of the sponsors of the Spartan Buddies club on campus which brings together students from all across campus for fun activities and events.
Mr. Woods received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he graduated summa cum laude. He attained his teaching credential through LAUSD's Intern, Credentialing, and Added Authorization Program (iCAAP) and cleared his credential there as well.
