About me

I was raised in the city of Huntington Park. I graduated from Huntington Park High School and soon attended East Los Angeles Community College.  I then transferred to CAL State Long Beach and obtained a Bachelor's in Mathematics.  I have been an Lausd employee for over 15 years. (All at Huntington Park High School). Prior to becoming a teacher, I was a teacher assistant for 4 years and then a special education assistant for 8 years.
